Who are we?
John Morgan is an established independent Farm M
anagement Advisor having worked as a senior consultant for Genus Management (now Promar) and ADAS Key
enthusiasms revolve around improved transfer of information between the theorists
and farmers. Technology transfer experience has been gained during time as a
Director of Operations of the Maize Growers Association and work with farmer groups
and cooperatives. John is FACTS qualified.

Briony Burge works as a consultant alongside John.
Briony is an agriculture graduate from Reading University and has considerable practical experience gained from her work on southwest livestock farms. Between graduating from Reading in 2005 and joining Creedy Associates during the summer of 2007 Briony worked with national land agents Strutt and Parker in Salisbury. Briony is FACTS qualified.

Laura Gude the newest member of our team has
a Masters degree from Aberdeen University in Sustainable Rural Development and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010. After graduating Laura worked as a land agent for Strutt and Parker in Devon for over three years. Laura’s interests lie particularly in the management of rural resources, including renewable energy generation, land use and diversification options, and water supply management. Before training as a surveyor Laura worked in Peru managing an archaeological and community project.

Dave Munday is an established dairy/arable farmer near Crediton, Devon, having 25 years farming experience since gaining an HND in Agriculture at Seale-Hayne College. In the past, links have been formed with I.G.E.R. for practical on farm experimental work. Off farm expertise has included examination work with the National Proficienct Tests Council on the Food and Environmental Protection Act and a formative role in the creation and running of a successful farmer's buying co-operative/discussion forum. David's practical and realistic approach provides a vital element to the delivery team. David is FACTS qualified.

Brian Pain was until recently head of the Farm Waste Research Group at IGER North Wyke where he managed a primarily MAFF funded research programme concerned with management, utilisation and pollution control. Since retirement from IGER during 2000 he has worked as an independent consultant undertaking projects for DEFRA, IGER, CEMAGREF and other organisations. Brian is FACTS qualified.
