Environmental Advice

Farmers and land managers have always shown a real interest in the environment in which they live and work. In recent times the importance of agricultures impact on the environment has risen up the public agenda. Creedy Associates provide advice and help to farmers keen to make the most of environmental opportunities open to them.

Ongoing work includes:

  • Environmental Stewardship including Entry Level, Organic Entry Level and Higher Level grant scheme applications. For more on Environmental Stewardship visit the Natural England website.
  • Soil, manure and nutrient management plans for the above stewardship schemes, Farm Assurance and Nitrate Vulnerable Zones compliance. See our NVZ pages and the Nutrient Management Website.
  • Cross Compliance advice. As members of the South West team of DEFRA funded advisors we provide information to land managers across the South West as to their Cross Compliance requirements under the Single Payment Subsidy Scheme. Go to Cross Compliance Website.
  • Nitrate Vulnerable Zones. Working with farmers to develop practical and cost effecting systems that are legal. We also provide a record keeping and calculation service for clients. See our NVZ pages
  • Delivery for the Farm Advice, Training and Information Framework and continue to deliver events and advice under the framework for Catchment Sensitive Farming, Natural England and the Environment Agency.
